Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery only within Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (India), covering valid and serviceable PIN codes within Ghaziabad city limits.

Orders placed for locations outside Ghaziabad PIN codes will not be processed. In such cases, we will notify the customer and initiate a full refund.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is confirmed.

  • Dispatches are done from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on weather conditions, availability, and logistical factors.

  • In case of any delay, we will keep you informed via your registered contact details.

Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on all orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal delivery fee of ₹200 is applicable on orders below ₹999.

  • All shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you make your payment.

Packaging & Handling

  • Plants are packed carefully to ensure they remain healthy and undamaged during transit.

  • We use eco-friendly and plant-safe packaging materials wherever possible.

  • In rare cases of transit-related damage, we request you to share unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery for us to assist you with a resolution.

Delivery Partners

We work with local and specialized delivery agents who are experienced in handling live plant deliveries in the Ghaziabad region.

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, we will share tracking details via email or SMS.

  • You can also log in to your account on our website to check the live status of your order.
